A concrete batch plant, sometimes known as a concrete plant or batch plant, is a device exclusively used to form concrete. With a modular structure, our concrete batch plant A-01 is designed to meet the demanding requirements of the road building and bridge construction industries.
Features
1. This concrete batch plant uses JS mixer for high efficiency, great reliability and low failure rate.
2. Loader 50 can be utilized to efficiently load materials.
3. It employs industrial computer (PLC automatic control) and imported electronic weighing machine to ensure measuring accuracy.
4. The batch plant uses "人"type belt conveyer for high efficiency.
5. Two plants can be used independently, and the integrated structure greatly saves space.
6. With small dust, low noise and little pollution, the concrete batch plant conforms to the related environmental standards.
7. According to customers' requirements, microwave hygroscope can be used to accurately measure the water content, thus ensuring the concrete quality.
8. High pressure cleaning machine and video monitor can be equipped, upon request.
